Position Information:

1. Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, mechatronics, etc;
2. Have solid basic engineering skills (including theoretical basic skills and work experience). There are leading R & D cases of complete sets of products in the equipment manufacturing industry, and more than 3 years of working experience in similar positions in large and medium-sized R & D equipment and machinery manufacturing enterprises;
3. Proficient in using office software, two/three-dimensional design software and drawing document management system (PDM), with comprehensive management ability of technical team and certain market awareness.
4. Experience in research and development of stations, bulk transportation and transmission equipment is preferred. Especially outstanding talents are not limited by age and education.

Salary standard:

CTO, Chief Engineer: 25-400000/year
Dean: 20-350000/year
Director: 15-250000/year
Included in the scope of reserve equity incentive objects
