Position Information:

1, corresponding to the production director/manufacturing minister/workshop director and other job responsibilities;
2. Under the age of 40, college degree or above, major in machinery or management, especially outstanding talents are not restricted by age and education.
3. At least 3 years experience in similar production management positions in the machinery industry with a scale of 500 to 1000 people, and experience in production management of medium and heavy plate structural parts and (transmission equipment) is preferred;
4. Have modern production management consciousness and certain basic knowledge of production, planning, quality, technology and property management, and have team management ability.

Salary standard:

Production Director: 18-300000/year
Manufacturing Minister: 15-250000/year
Workshop Director: 14-200000/year
