NER plate chain hoist is the introduction of foreign advanced technology combined with independent development of products, suitable for lifting powder, granular, block materials and grinding cut of large materials. It is composed of moving parts, driving parts, upper device, middle casing and lower device. The moving parts consist of a hopper and a sleeve roller chain. NER15 and NER30 adopt single-row chains. The NER50-NER800 uses a double-row chain. The driving device adopts a variety of combination drive, divided into two kinds. The upper device has a track, a backstop, and the discharge port is equipped with an anti-return rubber plate. The middle section is equipped with a track to prevent the chain from swinging during operation. The lower part is equipped with an automatic tensioning device.
