The company has organized the research and development and built the first intelligent production line with an annual output of 100000 m belt conveyor standard truss section in China. It integrates the functions of numerical control punching and shearing, robot automatic welding and automatic displacement and sequence transformation. It is one of the professional production lines with the highest degree of automation in the industry.

 

 

The company's environmental protection coating line is one of the electrostatic powder spraying lines with the largest workpiece passing capacity in Hunan Province. The maximum workpiece size can reach 12 meters * 2.4 meters * 2.6 meters, and the maximum weight of single piece hanging is 12 tons.

 

 

The company has many high-power laser cutting machines, thick plate bending machines, large-tonnage molding and alignment machines, double-sided boring and milling machines and horizontal milling and boring machines, and is committed to building the most professional medium and thick plate structural parts processing base in the industry.
