1. Under 35 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in business management, finance, etc;
2, with manufacturing operation management, performance management, management accounting and other work experience;
3, proficient in cost, profit center business indicators analysis, evaluation and budget management, familiar with the manufacturing enterprises of the main business process point cost control methods, can use amoeba, DuPont formula and other management accounting methods to decompose the main business indicators and establish a profit-oriented performance appraisal model.
4. Strong communication, coordination and comprehensive writing ability, familiar with operating office software, financial software and ERP software.
