Position Information:

1. Under 45 years old, college degree or above, major in engineering or business management, human resources;
2. Familiar with the daily work of operation and management of manufacturing enterprises, with more than 3 years working experience in similar positions in manufacturing enterprises with a scale of 500-1000 people is preferred;
3. Strong overall view and comprehensive coordination ability, good professional ethics and good character;
4. Proficient in the operation of office software, have a certain comprehensive ability of writing, and understand the basic knowledge of labor, civil relations and environmental, security, health and other administrative laws;

Salary standard:

Director: 15-250000/year or negotiable
Manager: 10-150000/year
